We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a warehouse associate. The new hire will be working in an auto parts warehouse, both inside and outside, performing physical tasks. General knowledge of automotive parts preferred. In addition to basic computer skills, they will be working with a desktop and handheld.
Job Responsibilities:
- Stocking new inventory
- Verifying the parts are correct and updating locations
- Preparing fright orders
- Strapping, wrapping, and weighing.
- Receiving new inventory from shipments (USPS, UPS, Freight, etc.)
- Checking orders are correct, based of purchase orders and invoices
- Working with customers when they come to pick parts up
- Walk-in customers and vendors
- Loading delivery drivers’ trucks
- Clean warehouse
- Performing inventory audits when necessary
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 8:00-5 PM (Possible Saturday 9 AM-2 PM)
- High knowledge of automotive parts
- Ability to work in an outside environment (cold in winter, hot in summer)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift 50-75lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
