This Privacy Policy discloses how Robertson’s Auto Salvage collects personal information on the web site located at www.robertsonautosalvage.com (the “Site”), and some of the ways it uses that information.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION 
Personal Information. Portions of the Site permit users to contact Robertson’s Auto Salvage with requests for information regarding our products and services. Additionally, portions of the Site require users to provide personally identifiable information in connection with a purchase from Robertson’s Auto Salvage. In general, Robertson’s Auto Salvage uses the information users provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. For example, Robertson’s Auto Salvage collects personally identifiable information from users that purchase products from the Site or submit registration information. This information includes name, address, shipping information and credit card information. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may also retain the content of the communications that are sent to Robertson’s Auto Salvage customer service representatives. This information helps Robertson’s Auto Salvage to respond to inquiries regarding this Site or products purchased by its customers through the Site.

In addition to personal information, the Site collects and aggregates information about its users and their use of the Site. Like most standard web site services, we use log files. Children Under 13. The Site is not intended for use by children. Robertson’s Auto Salvage encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. 2. INFORMATION USE 
a. General. Robertson’s Auto Salvage uses the information that is collected from users to, among other things, better serve its customers, improve the content of the Site, and customize the shopping experience. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may also use the information collected to notify Site visitors of changes to the Site, to notify Site visitors of new products, and for any other legitimate and lawful business purpose of Robertson’s Auto Salvage. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may choose to share information with third parties, such as suppliers, financial institutions, and third party service providers, for the purpose of providing products and or services to its users.

Disclaimer of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Robertson’s Auto Salvage be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user’s accessing the Site, even if Robertson’s Auto Salvage has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
