1. INFORMATION COLLECTION
Personal Information. Portions of the Site permit users to contact Robertson’s Auto Salvage with requests for information regarding our products and services. Additionally, portions of the Site require users to provide personally identifiable information in connection with a purchase from Robertson’s Auto Salvage. In general, Robertson’s Auto Salvage uses the information users provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. For example, Robertson’s Auto Salvage collects personally identifiable information from users that purchase products from the Site or submit registration information. This information includes name, address, shipping information and credit card information. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may also retain the content of the communications that are sent to Robertson’s Auto Salvage customer service representatives. This information helps Robertson’s Auto Salvage to respond to inquiries regarding this Site or products purchased by its customers through the Site.
In addition to personal information, the Site collects and aggregates information about its users and their use of the Site. Like most standard web site services, we use log files. Our web servers collect general data pertaining to each Site visitor, including the IP address, the domain name, the web page, the length of time spent and the pages accessed while visiting this Site. Children Under 13. The Site is not intended for use by children. Robertson’s Auto Salvage encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. The Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulates the means by which web site operators collect and use personal information from children under 13, pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (the “Act”). Robertson’s Auto Salvage does not allow persons under the age of 13 to register to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. 2. INFORMATION USE
a. General. Robertson’s Auto Salvage uses the information that is collected from users to, among other things, better serve its customers, improve the content of the Site, and customize the shopping experience. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may also use the information collected to notify Site visitors of changes to the Site, to notify Site visitors of new products, and for any other legitimate and lawful business purpose of Robertson’s Auto Salvage. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may choose to share information with third parties, such as suppliers, financial institutions, and third party service providers, for the purpose of providing products and or services to its users.
b. Privacy Commitment. Except as otherwise provided herein, Robertson’s Auto Salvage will not sell or disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties.
c. Information Sharing and Disclosure. Robertson’s Auto Salvage is permitted to share your personally identifiable information for the following limited circumstances:
• Robertson’s Auto Salvage may use your personal information to contact you to send you notifications regarding the Site.

d. Use and Disclosure of Aggregate Information. Robertson’s Auto Salvage may provide aggregate information regarding members of the Site to third parties for various purposes; provided, however, that such information will not include personally identifiable information.
A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain Web sites. We use session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once you close your browser, the cookie will terminate. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period. 4. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
You may request access to any data about you that Robertson’s Auto Salvage has collected and stored by sending a request to the following email address: email@example.com. If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of the data collected from you, you may request that the information be corrected by sending a request to the addresses below. Robertson’s Auto Salvage will correct the error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction. In order to protect your privacy and security, we may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
5. SECURITY OF INFORMATION
Robertson’s Auto Salvage protects your personally identifiable information by placing it on a secured server. No web site, however, can be considered totally safe from intrusion. Therefore, any information you post to or provide via the Site is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Robertson’s Auto Salvage harmless from and against any loss, liability, damage, or harm that may arise as a result of your posting or providing any information to or via the Site.

The Site may contain links to other web sites. Each of these linked web sites maintains its own independent privacy policies. Robertson’s Auto Salvage does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of those web sites. When you leave the Site and access the web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties maintaining those web sites apply.
Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Robertson’s Auto Salvage be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user’s accessing the Site, even if Robertson’s Auto Salvage has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our users are given the opportunity to opt-out of having their e-mail address used for purposes not directly related to our Site.
